1) How long can I try on the glasses at home?
After receiving the glasses (without prescription), you can try them on at home for 10 days. Please return the glasses, you do not like, to us by the 11th day at the latest.
2) What does free trial mean?
For the glasses that you return to us by the 11th day (after receipt), we will of course refund your deposit immediately.3
3) Found your desired glasses for your prescription?
Return all the glasses and order your desired glasses with your prescription from us again.2
All prices incl. VAT | 1 The specified period refers to working days (mondays - fridays). 2 You will receive a DHL return label easily and conveniently in our "Online Returns Portal" (section: RETURNS | Only in Germany available). Please familiarize yourself with the return procedures before completing your order.
