No, unfortunately, this is not possible. All operating processes are designed exclusively for shipping. But we are really fast with the shipping.
We deliver as fast as it is possible. Ordered products usually leave our house within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) after ordering.
Generally, we inform you individually about each step / status of your order by e-mail. The current delivery status of your order, you can also find directly online in your customer account (if you have created one).
The delivery time we show you before your order always directly at the respective article.
For custom-made products (e.g. glasses with prescription) it depends on the respective production time. Single vision glasses (straight RX-glasses / correction glasses) we usually produce between 1-3 value days. For glasses with a sports or safety glazing to be made as well as varifocals, we need about 8-12 working days.
In general: NO. We have neither a minimum nor a maximum limit for orders.
However, in individual cases it is possible that you can only buy a certain amount of certain products. We set this limit occasionally so that as many customers as possible can benefit from our super bargains.
Online only. In our online store you will find many hammer offers. Browse through our store, select your glasses that you like, and configure your desired lenses, of course also in prescription incl. satisfaction guarantee and then simply click on "Add to cart". As soon as your shopping cart is well filled, click on "Checkout" and complete your purchase - DONE.
Unfortunately, an order can only be placed online. Therefore, a telephone order is unfortunately not possible, as we focus exclusively on the pure online trade. All processes are designed and mostly automated, so that we can process orders optimally and send them to you as quickly as possible.

However, you're giving up a lot of other advantages! But the decision is ultimately up to you, of course.
When you log in to your customer account, you will find all your orders sorted by date under Orders. The current status of your order can also be found there.
If you have NOT created a customer account, this option is unfortunately not available.
For completed orders, no one (neither you nor us) can manually add an item. There remains only to make another (new) order. But there are worse things ;-)

We have now focused exclusively on distribution by mail order. Our manufactured glasses and also trade products are already all packed on the shelves. A direct sale is therefore impossible.

The same option is also available again shortly before you place your order.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. You can easily return items within 30 days of purchase, without giving any reason. Only one thing is to be considered: The product in question is unused and undamaged.
Outside Germany: In this case, you bear the costs of the return shipment.
FAIR DEAL - Extended right of return for custom-made glasses.
The purchase of a pair of glazed glasses (custom-made in prescription) is a matter of trust and so it should remain! According to legislation, special or custom-made products (goods according to customer specifications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This does not apply to us! Should there be something wrong with the optical lenses of a custom-made pair of glasses, our FAIR DEAL applies. If after rework still no optimal visual result has been achieved, the purchase price will be refunded - without ifs and buts!
The FAIR DEAL applies exclusively to the production of prescription lenses. Valid: up to one month after purchase. This deal is not valid in case of: Incorrect information about the visual values, outdated values, not liked, glasses with significant signs of use or glasses which show deliberate damage or alterations.

We offer many payment options here in our online store. With us you have the free choice. Starting with "purchase on account" over "installment purchase" up to "immediate payment". All payment methods can be found under payment options. One more thing: Security is a big issue for us. Especially during the payment process. Therefore, we only work with reputable payment providers who can guarantee maximum security!
Individual payment methods can also be hidden in the order process, depending on, for example, the country of delivery, value of goods or creditworthiness. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this, as this is in the hands of our payment providers.

Of course: when you receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail, you will also automatically receive your invoice in pdf format as an attachment. According to the regulations, the value added tax (VAT) is also shown separately in each invoice in accordance with the legal requirements.
If you have returned a product within the return period and it meets our return standards, a refund will be issued as soon as possible (usually: 3 to 5 business days).
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Delivery: Once we have received your return, it will first be in the receiving department. At this point you will usually be informed by the carrier (e.g. DHL) that your package has been delivered to us.
Processing: Your package comes from the incoming goods department to our returns department. Here your return will be checked and processed. So that you are always up to date, we will inform you about this processing step by e-mail.
Refund: If everything is OK (which is the rule), our accounting department gets an internal release for refund. At the moment of the refund, you will automatically receive an email from us (including invoice correction / credit note) that your money has been instructed by us.
In exceptional cases it can happen that we have our hands full - e.g. during special "mega-deal promotions". In such exceptional cases, the processing and reimbursement of your return may take up to 14 days. However, as already mentioned, this is the exception.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
